Job Title: Provider Success Manager

Role Summary:

As a Provider Success Manager, you will act as the primary liaison between our company and the PCPs in our network. This role requires a blend of excellent interpersonal skills, project management acumen, and a robust understanding of healthcare environments. You will be responsible for nurturing positive relationships with PCPs, facilitating their engagement with our services, and ensuring their utmost satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of 10-50 PCPs, addressing their needs and concerns
  • Perform routine visits to providers in assigned territory to develop a trusted relationship and maintain open lines of communication between our company and providers
  • Deliver orientations and training to providers on our services and systems
  • Conduct provider onboarding, orientation, and ongoing educational training throughout the year to ensure providers remain compliant with state and federal regulations, and company policies and procedures
  • Drive the adoption of our services through persuasive negotiation and effective sales techniques
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure provider inquiries are resolved in a timely and effective manner
  • Develop and implement strategies for retention, growth, and marketing within assigned territories
  • Manage a team of Provider Success Reps as the company scales our services to more offices.
  • Provide detailed reporting of provider visits, inquiries, trainings, and growth opportunities
  • Must be able to problem solve and identify ways to address provider issues timely and effectively
  • Maintain high-quality service standards and adhere to organizational policies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline services and resolve issues efficiently
  • Ability to learn and use internal systems, such as customer relationship management software, used to store, update, and manage PCP relationships.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to manage sensitive situations effectively
  • Proven negotiation and sales skills, with a track record of successful relationship management
  • Ability to travel to provider locations as needed
  • Ability to work remotely
  • Lives in Los Angeles, CA (preferably in the San Gabriel Valley)
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work effectively remotely
  • Professional demeanor and a team-oriented approach

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in healthcare or provider relations preferred
  • Prior experience working in a startup environment
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, and/or Spanish is preferred
  • Understanding and the ability to communicate complex managed care concepts, including Medicaid Managed Care, CHIP, Medicare, and Commercial HMO/EPO programs
  • Some understanding of Medicare concepts, including Quality measures and Risk Adjustment

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or healthcare administration
